We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Trainer to join our team in the health and social care sector. As a Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training to care home staff, using adult learning principles and instructional design expertise.

Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality training to care home staff
- Using instructional design expertise to create engaging training materials
- Traveling to multiple sites across the region
The ideal candidate will have experience working in multi-site environments, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the health and social care sector. A full driving license is required, as you will need to travel to various sites across the region.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000, based on a £35,000 salary plus £5,000 car allowance and benefits package.
You will also receive excellent training and development opportunities, including coaching and mentoring professionals to support their development.
