About the Role:

Barchester Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Governance Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading clinical governance and quality of care initiatives across our care homes, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to drive best practices and address any issues that arise. A strong understanding of current regulatory requirements is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical governance and quality of care initiatives across care homes
  • Implement strategies for continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff

About You:

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and evidence of continued professional development. Your leadership skills and ability to drive change will make a real difference to the residents in our care.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive rewards package including a company car, mobile phone, laptop, free learning and development opportunities, and more.
