Based in London and the South of England, we are seeking an experienced Regional Training Manager to lead and manage a team of regional trainers.

About the Role:
  • We are committed to delivering exceptional care and continuous development for our employees. This role will play a key part in ensuring high-quality training programs are delivered for front-line care workers.
  • The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading remote teams, designing and delivering adult social care training, and working in acquisition/TUPE environments.
  • The salary for this role is £43,000 per annum, with a benefits package that includes wellbeing resources, financial advice, and up to 14% discount at over 40 retailers.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring confidence to challenge priorities effectively and flexibility for extensive UK travel with own transport.
