Care Development Manager

  • Lead and supervise a team of care assistants to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective care strategies.
  • Administer and record medication, ensuring resident safety and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of care planning processes, excellent leadership skills, and experience in administering medication. You'll also possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a natural ability to help others.
