**The Role**

As a Registered Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of our care services for adults. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring strict compliance with CQC regulations
  • Managing staff and resources effectively
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
  • Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
  • Assessments, supervisions, and overall management of the support workers
  • Following policies and procedures

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 highly desirable or be working towards it
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong character and be a good communicator
  • A reflective leader
  • A desire to develop your own style of management
  • Experience working closely with owners to develop growth plans for the service
  • Experience as a manager or deputy manager
  • A passion for high levels of care
  • A full UK driving license
