Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the way as a responsible individual on business change and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure each home has full occupancy and meets company-specific objectives while supporting your team in understanding financial and commercial aspects.
  • Oversight and management of all Registered Managers in the region, providing support, coaching, and development opportunities to build a strong and knowledgeable team.
Requirements
  • Previous and recent experience in managing children's residential services.
  • Qualified to Level 3 in residential childcare and Level 5 Leadership and Management.
  • Highly responsible and accountable when it comes to safeguarding children and young people.
  • Commercial awareness and financial management skills.
  • IT skills, experienced in using Microsoft packages.
  • A current full UK driver's license and full access to a vehicle.
