About the Role

Responsibilities

  3. Provide regular reviews with customers to ensure their care plans are up to date and meet their changing needs.
  4. Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Caring and compassionate towards people in need of care and support.
  • Respect for people with different backgrounds and beliefs.
  • Self-motivated and keen to learn.
  • Excellent time-keeping and reliability.
  • Good understanding of the needs of people who require care and support at home.
  • Relevant social care qualification or willingness to work towards gaining one.
