Job Summary
Care UK is seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team at Laurel Dene care home in Hampton. As a passionate and caring professional, you will provide outstanding leadership for care staff and support residents with complex needs.

About the Role
This is a rewarding career opportunity that combines clinical nursing skills with leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, developing tailored care plans, and striving for clinical excellence within the home. Your expertise in medication management, infection prevention, and wound care will be invaluable in this role.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding leadership for care staff and support them in delivering excellent care to residents
- Support residents with complex needs, including those with dementia or other conditions requiring specialist care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Continuously strive for clinical excellence within the home, ensuring high standards of care and patient safety
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents

About You
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered General Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional care. As a key member of our team, you will possess:
- NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse
- Experience in clinical assessment tools, such as Waterlow and MUST
- Proven ability to write comprehensive care plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering person-centered care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
