Care Team Leader - Resident Care Specialist

Annual Salary: Up to 35,000 GBP

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join our care team in a residential care home. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supervising care staff, implementing care plans, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the care team to deliver high-quality resident care
  • Supervise and train care staff to achieve high standards
  • Assume full management responsibility in absence of Home Manager
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care plans and daily activities
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in similar leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Promote resident-centred care practices
