We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Provider to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including free Blue Light Card, Referral Bonus Scheme, Health Assured Helpline support, and Mileage allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and conversation to clients
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with continence care
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in care or related field
  • Degree in Social Care or related field (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
