Job Title: Compassionate Senior Care Provider

Buckland Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Provider to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in adult care, with a focus on delivering high-quality support services to vulnerable adults.

About the Role:
This role requires you to work closely with service users, building strong relationships and providing person-centered care. You will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of carers, developing and maintaining professional relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain professional relationships with service users, families, and colleagues

Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Administer medications and maintain accurate records

Maintain a safe and supportive environment
