Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Building Customer Advisor to join our team as a Regional Customer Development Manager. This role will cover a significant geographical area in the south of the UK, offering a competitive salary package including a fully expensed company vehicle and fuel care. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning time across the region, monitoring quality with collection teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to project work with senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate activities across the southern UK territory
• Monitor and assess the performance of collection teams at designated points
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with collection teams through excellent interpersonal skills
• Share market intelligence and insights with senior management to inform business decisions
• Collaborate on projects with key stakeholders from both the business and customer sides
• Prioritize health and safety for oneself, colleagues, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
• Proven experience in client-focused positions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Possession of a full UK driving license

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 + additional benefits, including a fully expensed company vehicle and fuel care. Additionally, the successful candidate will receive 28 days of holiday and be enrolled in a pension scheme.
