Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Service Manager to oversee our supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in the Midlands and North West.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manager to take on a new challenge, supporting several clients across multiple settings while ensuring high-quality care and adhering to CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Coordination: Oversee day-to-day operations of supported living services, supporting several clients across multiple settings.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure services comply with CQC standards and provide excellent quality care.
  • Staff Development: Support and develop staff through training and mentoring initiatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you need to have proven experience in a management role, a strong knowledge of CQC, and be a problem solver with a proactive attitude.
