Job Title: Regional Technical Services Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Technical Services Manager to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving best operational practice, technical support, and quality assurance for the delivery of critical engineering services for multiple client account operations throughout EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing deployment of engineering platforms, processes & procedures.
  • Regional assurance and compliance programmes.
  • Technical support to account teams.
  • Supporting site teams during major incidents.
  • Providing OEM engagement support to account teams.
  • Supporting building strategic partnerships.
  • Problem management.
  • Supporting business pursuits.
  • Goals – Support account to achieve zero unplanned downtime.
  • Goals – Support service delivery teams to meet financial targets.
  • Goals – Implement model programmes aligned with global product solutions, processes & procedures.
  • Goals – Support accounts to deliver best-in-class services and service solutions.

Requirements:

  • Significant data centre experience.
  • A proven track record across multiple geographies.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proven track record in business pursuits.
  • Ability to deal with critical equipment issues via escalation.
  • Experience of dealing with all major DC OEMs.
  • Strong DC network with Consultants and OEMs.
