About Advantage Healthcare

We are a leading provider of community-based care services in the UK.

As a Regional Training Partner, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of regional trainers to deliver high-quality training programs for our front-line care workers.

The role requires significant experience leading remote teams, designing and delivering adult social care training, and working in acquisition/TUPE environments.

You will need to have CIPD Level 5 qualifications (or equivalent experience) with expertise in LMS systems, apprenticeship frameworks, and data-driven training improvements.

The salary for this role is £43,000 per annum.
