Appoint Healthcare seeks a skilled Regional Turnaround Specialist to drive improvements across a portfolio of care homes in the South of England. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and improve the performance of designated care homes, focusing on those underperforming or without a current Home Manager.

About the Role
  • Prioritize the wellbeing and safety of residents, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
  • Lead regulatory compliance and collaborate with teams to meet performance targets.
  • Develop a clear vision and values for each home, effectively communicated to all staff.

Key Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid Pin number
  • Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5
  • Demonstrable leadership experience in care homes for vulnerable adults

Salary: £65,000 + car allowance. Travel may be necessary based on business needs.
