Job Summary:

A Regional Turnaround Care Manager is required to drive improvements across a portfolio of care homes in the South of England. This role involves overseeing and improving the performance of designated care homes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and prioritizing resident wellbeing. As a leader, you will shape a positive culture, align teams with key targets, and ensure high-quality care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable leadership experience within care homes, particularly in caring for vulnerable adults. They must possess comprehensive understanding of safeguarding practices and be able to identify and act on concerns. Additionally, they should have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5 qualification.

About the Role:
  • Oversee and improve the performance of designated care homes.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and work with teams to meet specific performance targets.
  • Prioritize the wellbeing and safety of residents, ensuring all staff deliver high-quality care.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents, and their families to provide compassionate and respectful care.
