About the Role: We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Regional Development Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to implement national organising strategies and ensure employers meet their statutory obligations.

Salary: £59,326 per annum, plus £1,392 luncheon allowance (pro-rata for part-time)

  • Work with colleagues to ensure employers meet their statutory obligations">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders">
  • Contribute to the development of the Union's strategy and policies">

Requirements:

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, members, and external partners. You should also have experience of working in a trade union or similar environment, with knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.
