We are seeking a skilled Sales and Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Nationwide Specialist Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing existing accounts in their designated territory.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with experience working with large FM or Property Management companies.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow business within your territory.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Level calibre with very good verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Sales and/or Account Development experience essential with the ability to understand large complex FM or Property Management companies and to create account plans to deliver growth.
  • Experience in the Facility Services industry is preferred but not essential.

Salary Estimate: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
