Nurse Quality Improvement Manager

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services, and we are seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Development Nurse to join our team. As a Regional Clinical Development Nurse, you will be responsible for leading, supporting and continuously improving clinical governance and quality of care for residents in our care homes.
This challenging and rewarding position requires a Registered Nurse RN (General) with a current NMC registration, who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and has strong leadership skills. You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff to support the continual improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any issues that arise.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a care home environment, be a confident clinical mentor, including with newly-qualified nurses, and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including a company car, mobile phone and laptop, free learning and development opportunities, and automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme.
