Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have proven experience in project management, quality improvement, and data analysis, with a strong understanding of patient safety issues and improvement methodologies.

In this role, you will provide support for the trust's patient safety priority and emerging patient safety themes, ensuring that improvement projects are initiated and managed in line with recognized standards. You will lead on the use of data in improvement and be responsible for facilitating quality improvement methodology across the organization.

As a key member of our Patient Safety Improvement Team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of patient safety improvement projects, working closely with clinical teams and other stakeholders to drive positive change. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will inform the development of evidence-based improvement plans, ensuring that patient care is delivered safely and effectively.
