Patient Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our Patient Safety Team as a Patient Safety Manager.
Main duties- To drive improvements in the quality and safety of services for patients and service users, drawing on information and learning from incident reviews, positive practice, networks, and nationally published reports.
- Support clinical teams and services with quality improvement initiatives and ensure robust mechanisms are in place for sharing good practice and learning across the Trust.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding and practical knowledge of patient safety and risk management processes, along with an innovative, quality improvement, adaptable, and patient-focused approach.
