We are recruiting for a Patient Safety Specialist at Tate, a leading pharmaceutical company, for a 6-month contract based in White City/Hybrid office environment.

About the Job Description

The job involves managing the collection, processing, documentation, reporting, and follow-up of all adverse event reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceuticals and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collection, processing, documentation, reporting, and follow-up of all adverse event reports.
  2. Transcription, translation, and entry of data from source documents into safety systems.
  3. Development and implementation of local procedures to ensure compliance with global procedures and national requirements.
  4. Reconciliation with other departments for potential AEs.
  5. Management and maintenance of patient safety databases.
  6. Screening of local literature articles.
  7. Preparation and submission of KPI reports on compliance.

Salary Range: £25,920 - £30,480 per annum (£26 per hour) (based on a 3-day office-based week)
