Role Overview
The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health is seeking a skilled Quality Improvement Specialist to join their team. This exciting role will involve coordinating and project managing various activities within the Quality Improvement team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate web portal upkeep and horizon scanning of quality improvement and patient safety activity in paediatrics and child health
- Provide quality improvement support for RCPCH members and coordinate QI events
- Liaise with content providers for the upkeep, revisions, growth, and promotion of the QI Central and Patient Safety Portal websites
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Project coordination skills and experience in desk research
- Strong organisational skills and experience of delivering multiple objectives to high standards within short time frames
- Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with website management, WordPress, and Google Analytics desirable
