Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practitioner Quality Improvement Manager to join our team at Creative Support. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for providing assurance of good quality, safe, and person-centred care across various social care service types.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving quality improvement initiatives, managing their own work programme, and collaborating with operational teams to achieve departmental outcomes. You will also contribute to comprehensive reporting, quality audits, and turnaround programmes.
