**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at RCPCH. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a range of activities within the Quality Improvement (QI) team.
The QI team supports paediatricians and the wider child health workforce in implementing quality improvement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate the upkeep, revisions, growth, and promotion of the QI Central and Patient Safety Portal websites.
- Liaise with content providers to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination.
- Identify opportunities to promote QI and patient safety in child health through various communication channels.
- Analyse data insights from the Patient Safety Portal and QI Central platforms to inform QI initiatives.
- Support online and face-to-face events, webinars, and meetings under the guidance of the Head of QI.
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrable experience in project management and coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with web-site management tools, including WordPress and Google Analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal staff, healthcare professionals, and children/young people.
**Estimated Salary:** £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
