Dementia Care Leader

Ashberry Healthcare Limited's Moorhouse Care Home offers an exciting opportunity for a Dementia Care Leader to join our team. Our picturesque country house in Surrey provides exceptional care to up to 36 elderly men and women.

This leadership position requires experience in a care setting, enabling you to effectively manage a team and contribute to the smooth running of our home. Your skills will help us maintain our excellent reputation as a leading provider of dementia care.
Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of Resident Care Plans, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between £31,500 and £34,000, with additional benefits including company pension, parking facilities, and a referral incentive scheme.
Working hours are primarily day shifts, from Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate weekend rotations and potential overtime opportunities.
