Care Manager for Residential Dementia Care

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team at a state-of-the-art care home in South West London. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to residents.
With a strong focus on person-centred care, you will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of care, including nursing, dementia care, and end-of-life care.
