Care Services Manager Opportunity:

Connect2SocialWork is looking for a Dementia Care Specialist Manager to lead our residential care home in Waltham Forest. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to older adults with dementia, while fostering a positive work environment and promoting exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care plans that cater to individual needs
  • Mentor and support junior staff members in their development
  • Ensure compliance with Care Quality Commission regulations

Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in care management
  • Proven experience in managerial roles within residential care homes for older adults with dementia
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Salary: £18.40 per hour (36 hours per week)
