Job Title: Residential Elderly Care Supervisor

About Us: At Ventry Care Homes, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care services to our residents. Our North East London care home is registered for 36 service users and offers specialist residential care for the frail elderly and those suffering from dementia.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.

Job Description: The successful candidate will have experience in managing a team of care staff and delivering high-quality care to residents. Key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that it meets regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the management of the care staff team, including recruitment, training, and supervision.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents.

Requirements: A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or nursing, and significant experience in residential care management.
