Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the clinical team
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
• Strong knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
