Adult Social Care is seeking a highly motivated Care Home Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising our team of caregivers in a children's home setting and ensuring that the highest standards of care are met.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare and at least 6 months of experience in a team leader role within a similar environment. They will also be flexible and able to work a variable shift pattern across 7 days of the week.

A driving licence is strongly favourable but not essential for this role. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
