Nursing Team Supervisor Job Description

As a Nursing Team Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing team at a nursing home in the UK. You will be responsible for supervising nurse staff, developing care plans for residents, and completing compliance procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising nurse staff to ensure high standards of care
  • Developing care plans for residents to deliver a satisfactory quality of life
  • Ensuring that nurse staff receive regular supervision and training
  • Liaising with the Home Manager and Deputy to monitor CQC standards and ensure effective delivery of quality care

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in a similar role. They will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality care, and a passion for working with older adults.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including paid holiday, pension, and staff recognition schemes.
