Home Care Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to promote Prestige Nursing & Care and ensure the effective utilisation of nursing and care resources in East Fife, UK. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Enhancing Prestige Nursing & Care's reputation and adhering to all office systems and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other care planners to ensure comprehensive care coverage and fostering strong relationships with existing clients and colleagues.
  • Identifying new business opportunities to drive growth with the Branch Manager and working closely with multi-disciplinary health teams to optimise client care outcomes.
  • Providing timely reports and undertaking the on-call rota as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated with exceptional organisational skills, and proficient in using technology to drive success. They should also be adaptable and embody the values of Prestige Nursing & Care.

This role offers a competitive salary of £23,100 per annum, starting at 28 days annual leave which increases by one day annually up to 33 days after five years of service.
