Care Team Leader Role

Belong Warrington is looking for an empathetic and experienced leader to join our team as a Care Team Leader. This role involves providing professional leadership, coaching, and development to a team of dedicated support workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of support workers in providing high-quality care to residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
  • Ensure accurate records of medication administration and care activities.

The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ level 3 in Care (or working towards it), experience in a dementia care setting, and excellent communication skills.
