About the Role

This Registered Care Home Manager position offers a unique opportunity to lead a Residential and Dementia care home in the Borehamwood area. With a competitive salary of £60,000 + performance-based bonuses, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a care home, particularly in elderly and dementia care settings. A strong knowledge of dementia care best practices and regulatory requirements is essential. You should also have a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Leadership and Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, driving exceptional care delivery.
  2. Quality and Compliance: Maintain rigorous quality standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  3. Team Collaboration: Foster a positive team culture, supporting the growth and development of care staff.
  4. Financial Management: Effectively manage the home's finances, prioritising care quality over costs.
  5. Community Engagement: Establish strong relationships with residents' families and the local community.
