The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff and ensuring the smooth running of the Nursing units within the home.

Job Description:
  • Assist the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff to deliver high-quality care and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Liaise with external health professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Strong knowledge of person-centred care and ability to assess each resident's needs.
  • Ability to provide clinical leadership and supervision.
