Jupiter Recruitment is proud to present an exceptional job opportunity for a skilled Deputy Care Home Manager to work in a leading residential care home based in Palmers Green, London.
This challenging yet rewarding role involves developing a team and service that delivers outstanding care to individuals with complex needs and transforming care agendas.
To succeed in this position, you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care and possess excellent organisation skills, effective communication skills, and a caring and compassionate approach.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to promote an enabling environment, deputise in the absence of the manager, and provide specific management, support, and motivation to the staff team.
We offer a permanent part-time role working 20 hours a week with a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour (£14,040 per annum) and a comprehensive benefits package, including specialist training and support, range of salary sacrifice benefits, and online benefits portal.
