  • Support the Home Manager in deputising duties and provide leadership to nursing and care teams.

  • Foster close relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care provision.

**Requirements and Benefits:**

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with experience in care planning processes and clinical assessment tools.
  • Leadership skills, ability to build relationships, and commitment to driving continuous improvement.
