Job Description:

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the UK Deputy Chief Nurse to join our team at the Royal College of Nursing.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the UK Deputy Chief Nurse, ensuring the smooth operation of their daily activities.

You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

In addition, you will provide secretarial services, including typing, filing, and data entry. You will work closely with the UK Deputy Chief Nurse and other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality.

Salary: £41,799 per annum (including London weighting).

This is a permanent role with hybrid working, offering up to 60% remote work and at least 40% in-office time.
