Job Title: Chief Nurse Information Officer Leader

**About the Role:** We are seeking an exceptional Nurse leader to join our team as a Deputy Chief Nurse Information Officer. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare technology and innovation within London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life assurance, annual leave, and access to training and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our digital strategy, aligning it with the trust's overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital projects, ensuring they meet clinical and operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including suppliers, vendors, and other healthcare organizations.
  • Provide clinical guidance and oversight to ensure effective use of digital technologies in patient care.

Person Specification:

Essential Requirements:
  • Masters degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, computer science, health informatics).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior clinical leadership role, preferably in a digital healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects, with measurable results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical informatics, health information systems, and data analytics.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in a university teaching hospital or academic institution.
  • Postgraduate qualification in digital healthcare or related field.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, such as GDPR and ICD-10.
