At HCA Healthcare UK, we are seeking a Nursing Leadership Specialist to lead our Haematology team as part of the Cancer Centre of Excellence. With a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a senior nurse to showcase their clinical leadership skills and inspire a team to deliver high-quality patient care.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week in our newly built Grafton Way Building. As a key member of the nursing team, you will work closely with the Deputy Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to develop and implement strategic plans for nursing services across the hospital.

Key responsibilities include managing teams of nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing guidance on professional nursing matters, and contributing to workforce planning and management. To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience in a clinical leadership position, preferably at ward manager or matron level, and be able to demonstrate evidence of effective resource management within budget.
