**Job Title:** Children's Complex Homecare Specialist

**Location:** Kent area

**Salary:** Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to children in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in pediatric nursing, with experience in managing complex conditions and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clinical Leadership and Management:
    • Support and mentor a team of HCAs and nurses
    • Develop and monitor care plans for pediatric patients
  • Patient-Centered Care:
    • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of pediatric patients in their home environment
    • Design individualized care plans in collaboration with families and the healthcare team
  • Team Development and Training:
    • Organize and deliver training sessions for the nursing team on pediatric care standards and safety protocols

**Requirements:**

  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC registration
  • Specialist training in pediatric nursing (essential)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in pediatric nursing, preferably in a community or homecare setting
