Children's Complex Homecare Lead

Airnmid Staffing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Children's Complex Homecare Lead to join our team.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to children in their homes in line with their care plan and all care needs. The role involves managing a team of HCAs, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, providing training, and coordinating care plans tailored to each child's needs.
\Responsibilities:\- Clinical Leadership and Management:
- Manage the team supporting the patient and develop, implement, and monitor care plans for paediatric patients.
- Provide direct clinical care as needed, including complex nursing interventions.
- Educate families on managing paediatric conditions, equipment, and medications at home.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in paediatric nursing, preferably in a community or homecare setting.
- Health Visitor experience.
