About the Job:

  • Deliver homecare services to clients with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet client needs
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care provided

Requirements:

  • Degree in Health and Social Care or related field
  • Experience working with adults with complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
