About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Complex Care Specialist to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. As a key member of our care staff, you will provide exceptional support to individuals with complex needs, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description: As a Children's Complex Care Specialist, you will work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing physical and emotional support to clients with complex needs;
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to ensure continuity of care;
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience working with children or adults with complex needs;
  • An understanding of care planning principles and legislation;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
