Barchester Healthcare's Regional Clinical Development Nurse position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role in driving clinical excellence across our care homes in the West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical governance initiatives to improve patient care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting regional director and improvement specialists in improving care standards
- Reviewing data to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
- Leading clinical investigations and implementing key actions to address issues
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
- Experience in care home environment and clinical mentoring
- Leadership skills, analytical mind, and ability to deliver results
- Strong understanding of current regulatory requirements
