About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as Deputy Chief Nursing Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior nurse executive to lead and inspire our nursing workforce, driving quality improvement and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety, experience, and clinical effectiveness, aligning with our organisational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality care, leveraging expertise and resources to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements
  • NMC registration and current practising nurse.
  • Highly specialist, advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of a range of nursing procedures, including doctorate or masters degree and additional relevant training and qualifications.
  • Quality improvement training and/or qualification.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Management or senior level leadership programme.
Salary and Benefits
