Elderly Care Leadership Role

We are seeking a Registered Care Home Manager to lead our care home in Reading, UK, delivering exceptional care to elderly and dementia residents.

This role presents an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.

  • You will be responsible for managing a team of care staff, promoting a positive environment and delivering person-centred care.
  • Financial management skills are essential, including budgeting, resource allocation, and staff management.
  • You will build strong relationships with residents' families and the local community, fostering a sense of belonging.
  • You will develop and review personalised care plans, promoting dignity, respect, and independence.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must:

  • Hold a current CQC registration as a Registered Manager.
  • Have extensive experience in care home management, particularly in elderly and dementia care settings.
  • possess strong knowledge of dementia care best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • be passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
