Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced clinical lead for our dementia services team.

The ideal candidate will have experience completing holistic nursing assessments and providing bio-psychosocial interventions, as well as facilitating and delivering training/development of staff.

You will work collaboratively with other professionals to improve the identification and management of co-morbidities and frailty for people with dementia and their carers.

The role requires a Registered Nurse (RN/RNMH/RNLD) qualification, postgraduate education in a relevant field, and evidence of continued professional development/training in relevant areas, including dementia and leadership.

The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 per annum.

The Disclosure and Barring Service Check will be required for this position.
